When can I check in and when should I check out ?


You can check in at 4:00 pm and check out 10:00 AM at the earliest




When do I pay ?


After you make your reservation online we have registered your credit card and we charge 30% of the total amount 60 days before arrival. 30 days before arrival, we will charge the remaining 70% of the total amount. If you have made your reservation by mail or phone and chosen to receive an invoice, you will pay the amount according to the above procedure by credit card payment.




How do I check in and how do I get my key ?


You check in yourself there is no reception. 1 week before arrival, we will send a code to your email and mobile,the code you are using when you open the front door of the apartments / cottages. So no key is needed without all doors having code lock.




How do I find my accommodation ?


1 week before your arrival we send link to google maps on your mail and mobile.
On this link you can see exactly where your apartment or cottage is located, the front door is also a sign marked with our logo RIBO Apartment and the name of the apartment / cottage.




Are there bedlinen and towels in the accommodation ?


Yes all beds have bed linen and towels




Is there internet and how do I get it ?


Yes Internet is available and we offer free WiFi. The modem that is clearly visible in the accommodation is available also instructions short-term modem and password.




We come by car, how can I park ?


Each accommodation has different directions for parking but you will find parking instructions In the guestbook there is a detailed description of what is applicable to the parking of your vehicles.




Can I cook in the accommodation ?


Yes, all accommodations have fully equipped kitchens.




There is a grocery store nearby ?


Yes there are 2 food stores (Coop and Ica) near the accommodations.




What is the snowmobile rules on the accommodation ?


They are prohibited to park and drive snowmobiles on the accommodation area. It is only allowed to load the vehicles on the trailer. Specified parking spaces for snowmobiles are included in the guestbook on the accommodation.




I'm flying to Stockholm or Kiruna, how do I get to you ?


If you fly to Stockholm, it's easiest to take the train directly from Stockholm to Riksgränsen / Katterjokk. If you are in Kiruna, you can hire a car there at the airport and drive up to us take about 1.5 hours from Kiruna. You can also take a taxi to Kiruna Train Station and train from there to us. If you are larger groups we can arrange bus transfer from the airport.




If I want to do any activity, how can you help me for this ?


On our website www.riksgransenboende.com you will see what activities we offer. Contact us so we are in contact with staff who can offer you these activities.




When I leave my apartment / cabin, what should I do ?


1. When leaving your accommodation, make sure you bring all your personal things.
2. Empty all garbage and place on designated place
3. Fix all dishes and empty the dishwasher and put it back in the cupboards.
4. Remove all bed linen / Towels from the beds that you used and leave on the floor in the toilet or in the wash basins.
5. Rubbish contained in the apartment will pick you up and forward to the designated location.

We will then perform the cleaning of the apartment after your stay there. The required debit can be done unless the above points are met before we have arrived at the accommodation for our maid service to be carried out.
